If you do decide that WApp-Sender is not for you and want to cancel your account, please email our support team for assistance.
We will take care of your request promptly, our team will reply with a cancellation confirmation to ensure the process is complete and your license will be deactivated at the end of your billing period.
WApp-Sender offers a trial license for 24 hours for validating your need as We don’t offer any refund for the purchase.
We don't offer any refund because we already offer a trial license for 24 hours for validating your needs. because we believe in our product and do feel that this is a reasonable amount of time for anyone to determine if it is a good fit.
We also provide training and support to help with any questions or issues so you are able to make the most of your WApp-Sender membership.
I am trying to purchase WApp-Sender but the payment failed!
Make sure if you are outside of india don't pay from India section payment. It will always fail.
Please make payment from paypal using the international payment section and still your purchase fails using PayPal, please reach out to them directly for additional insight as we do not receive any data back from PayPal when a payment attempt fails.
If you are using a credit card, we can generally provide some additional insight. Please contact us and a member of our Customer Experience Team will assist you.
